Major Responsibilities: 

• Manage proper functioning of workshop. 
• Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints. 
• Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate action plan for effective implementation for improvement. 
• Ensure timely and quality service at workshop.
