Qualification:

Responsibilities:

 

·         Project marketing, achieving project sales target, sorting out quality issue and preparing overall report of progress.

·         Building and maintaining a cordial relationship with the clients, civil contractors, and Engineers.

·         Frequent market visits required, willingness to travel locally and outstation extensively.

# Project Manager-1

Qualification:

·         Must have completed Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Master in Management.

·         3-5 years of work experience in projects sales of similar types of Product.

·         Must have attitude to maintain PR with Contractors, Engineers and Government bodies.

Responsibilities:

·         Project marketing and project sales; pursuing capabilities for new sales opportunities.

·         Maintaining a cordial relationship with clients, Civil Contractors, and Engineers; developing a healthy work environment.

·         Responsible for grabbing project demand and forecasting their sales and targets.

·         May require travelling outside Kathmandu.

Qualification:
